Only you, or a person you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file for you. The verification process may vary depending on the type of request and the sensitivity of the information involved.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to submit the request and verify your own identity with us. Alternatively, you may provide a power of attorney under California law.
